Carriage:- England, Scotland & Wales: For orders over £20.00 (excluding delivery charges) Carriage will be provided free of charge for our customers using our secure online credit card processing facilities. Otherwise a �3.95 charge will be added to the final order amount.

Methods of payment:

Paypal online clearing services
All major credit cards accepted. Credit and debit card payments are processed in our office at time of dispatch. ASlthough it may show an postage fee on the final order, if you spend over £20 this will not be taken whenwe process the payment.

Delivery:
Please allow between 7 to 14 days for the delivery of your goods.

Breakages & Shortages:
All breakages & shortages must be strictly reported, in writing, within 3 days of purchase, otherwise we will not accept responsibility.

Returns

Goods may be returned within 10 working days for a full refund of the purchase price plus any initial postage costs. If using the free delivery option, then only the full purchase price will be refunded. Carriage of returns to our office will have to be paid by the customer and will not be reimbursed.

Refunds shall be returned by method of intial payment.

Items returned must be in original packaged and unused state to qualify for refund.
