The extract we use has good anti-inflammatory properties and assists in the general heath and proper cellular functioning of the cell, while having excellent anti-aging qualities, as it has been shown to inhibit elastase, which is an enzyme that degrades proteins - such as elastin, contained in the skin, resulting in an aged skin. It has been part of Scottish folk medicine for centuries and has also been used in Sweden for traditional medicinal use. As our soap base contains no SLS or paraben additives we know that you are putting natures best on you, and your families skin. All of our soaps are made using natural, and as many Organic ingredients as we can find using an age old family reciepe. We can guarantee all of our products are Hand made in Scotland by our company.
